Welcome to Reach More MD. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Reach More MD provides professional video editing services, including but not limited to long-form editing, short-form repurposing, color grading, and audio mastering. Specific deliverables are outlined in your selected package or custom quote.

2. Client Obligations

To provide high-quality results, clients must provide:

Raw footage and branding assets in a timely manner.

Clear instructions or creative briefs.

Feedback during the designated revision periods.

3. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns the final edited video deliverable for use on their platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.).

Agency Rights: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Reach More MD retains the right to use snippets of the edited work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes.

Raw Assets: The Client represents that they own or have the legal right to all footage and assets provided to the Agency.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Payments are due according to the schedule outlined at checkout or in your service agreement.

Work will commence only after the initial payment or deposit is received.

Late payments may result in a pause in production.

5. Revisions

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or significant changes to the original brief may incur extra fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reach More MD is not responsible for the content of the videos edited. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with platform guidelines (e.g., YouTube), medical board ethics (if applicable), and local laws. We are not liable for any loss of revenue or account suspension resulting from the content provided by the Client.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 14 days' notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.
